Meditation Night

Join us every Thursday at 7 PM for a low key self directed Meditation. Join other like minded people who enjoy meditation as a group experience. Meditating with others often helps those who are just starting or beginning to meditate. Experienced meditators often have a deeper meditation when in a group. Donations are gladly accepted but not required.  Call the store at 503-528-1430 if you have any questions.
